We hit our beach goal and we’re going to the beach in gorgeous Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! We’ll be staying at the beautiful Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf and Spa. Our team has worked tirelessly to coordinate flights and shuttles to accommodate us on our beach adventure. About AE Pool
party
It’s time to dance like nobody’s watching! Celebrate all the milestones we reached and memories we made in the last year — with a couple hundred of your closest friends, of course — at our AE Pool Party. Enjoy snacks, drinks and a live DJ as Whales Terrace is transformed into an exclusive party experience for our OneAE family and their guests!
Since the party will be over the lunch hour, you’ll be able to enjoy a made-to-order BBQ Buffet! Our AE Team will take over the Whales Terrace area with three different bars, yard games around the terrace, and on the beach we will have beach volleyball, beach pong and a variety of firepits.

Experiences & adventures
We will have a representative from Tropical Incentives on site in the hotel lobby all three days to answer questions and help set up reservations. For each wave, a rep will be at the hotel from noon – 4 p.m. on your arrival day and from 8 a.m. – noon on your first full day.

The resort offers a wide variety of onsite restaurants and bars, with options to delight every appetite. Sample Italian and international delicacies at Rosato, savor the bounty of Mexico at El Mexicano, or snack on sushi over a drink and gaze at the Mar de Cortés at Sushi Sky Bar. And a comfortable space awaits you at Coffee Corner, with a selection of exquisite sandwiches as well as your favorite beverages.
AE Hospitality

We will have a hospitality table available for each wave staffed with representatives from our travel company partners. They will be available to answer questions or provide help onsite. Hours are: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on arrival day; 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. on the first full day and 8 a.m. – noon on the last day.
