Flight Info:

Flight to Cabo (Feb. 7):

DEPARTURE: 7am
ARRIVAL: 9:30 am

Return flight to Kansas City (Feb. 10):

DEPARTURE: 12 P.M.
ARRIVAL: 4:15 P.M.; bus back to Topeka

Appropriate meals will be provided on the flight to Cabo, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will not be available on the flight back to Kansas City.

What if I have an issue?

If you have an emergency outside of the Hospitality Desk hours (see everything you need to know doc) contact Shawn Quish at 817-201-4070. Shawn is with Galactic Performance Solutions (our travel partners) and is skilled to help in any type of situation that may arise. He will contact your designated AE Wave Lead if necessary.

AE POOL PARTY:

1-4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, 2024, at Whales Terrace

It’s time to dance like nobody’s watching! Celebrate all the milestones we reached and memories we made in the last year — with a couple hundred of your closest friends, of course — at our AE Pool Party. Enjoy snacks, drinks and a live DJ as Whales Terrace is transformed into an exclusive party experience for our OneAE family and their guests!

Since the party will be over the lunch hour, you’ll be able to enjoy a made-to-order BBQ Buffet! Our AE Team will take over the Whales Terrace area with three different bars, yard games around the terrace, and on the beach we will have beach volleyball, beach pong and a variety of firepits.
