No worries, the hotel will have luggage storage for anyone whose hotel room isn’t available right away upon check in. You can use the lobby restrooms to change and then explore the resort until your room is ready!

You do NOT need a passport to travel this year as we are staying in the United States; however, you will need a valid drivers license or state-issued ID. If you forget it, you will NOT be able to travel! NO EXCEPTIONS.

No, unfortunately most hotels in the United States are not all inclusive. AE is covering your hotel cost and providing planned breakfast functions daily, as well as the afternoon pool party on each wave to help alleviate some food and drink costs. AE will provide each employee and their guest with a $250 gift card to assist with onsite or off-property food and beverages.

For each wave, please arrive no later than 5:30 a.m. for the 7 a.m. departure flight out of Forbes.

See attached map. Here’s the address: 740 SE Airport Dr, Topeka, KS 66619 Take Topeka Blvd South (towards Forbes Field) Take a left on SE Airport Drive & take this to the terminal. You can park at the Forbes Field Airport Terminal parking lot for free! Advisors Excel is picking up the $5 parking charge. But please make sure to only park inside the area outlined by the blue line.  If full, overflow parking can be found in the red zone.

Each person is allowed to bring one checked bag (this includes golf clubs).  For carryon bags our policy is:

• ONE carryon for the overhead bins PER COUPLE
• ONE small carryon per person to fit under the seat in front of you

This FORM is a great way to make sure you have left your children’s care providers with all the appropriate information they need while you are away.

An approved guest would be a spouse or significant other. For tenured employees who have been with AE 5 years or more, you can choose to bring a different guest, although it is still recommended that they are an important part of your life. Employees who have been with AE less than 5 years, the guest needs to be a spouse or significant other. Exceptions may be considered for extreme situations. Please contact your direct supervisor with an exception request and then it will be looked at for consideration.

The hotel has agreed to not place any holds on credit cards upon check in! You’ll still need to provide a credit/debit card at check in so any incidentals and extra charges you add to your room can be charged on your card upon check out.
